Wednesday, August 7

 

Live Music Happy Hour from 4:30 to 6:30 featuring local artists. 

4:30-5:30pm – Frances Eliza: Folk-Americana, jazz, and classical singer. Check out her music here

5:30-6:30pm – Brelan Brown: Check out his music here

 

Music Open Mic

7:00pm – Sign-ups at 6:30 and each performer gets 2 songs or 10 minutes max on stage with a mix of all genres and skill levels

 

Friday, August 9

 

Lively Lunches from 12:00 to 2:00 featuring local artists

12:00-1:00pm – Brelan Brown: Check out his music here

Unofficial Rebelution After-Party

11:00pm – Sound System Seven is rocking Imurj after the Rebelution concert at Red Hat Ampitheatre with Ska and Rockin’ Reggae music. Check out their music here

 

 

Saturday, August 10

 

Shop Local Raleigh Pop-up Shop

1:00pm – This event is not at Imurj, but features some of our Imurj Artist Members! Sadie Rock and the Mad Ryans and Michael Daughtry and the Drift will be performing at 1:00pm and 2:00pm respectively. Come out to Raleigh Rum Co. and Oak City Amaretto for a day of sipping and shopping! Learn more about the free event here

 

Tuesday, August 13

 

Local Jam

9:00pm – Tha Materials are the house band for Local Jams in August. This open jam assembles groups of musicians who may or may not know each other on the stage at Imurj and lets them come up with fifteen minutes of improvised music on the spot.

 

Wednesday, August 14

Unofficial Judah and the Lion After-Party

9:00pm – Stranded Bandits are bringing the jams after the Judah and the Lion concert at Red Hat Ampitheatre. A gun-slinging, face-punching, gut busting alternative blues rock band, you can check out their music here
